Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager (Thai National) with a strong background in the fusion equipment industry, preferably with experience in Electrofusion and Butt fusion equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Asian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets, priorities, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers, leveraging your industry network and expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Market Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promoting our products and services.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fusion equipment industry, preferably with a focus on Electrofusion and Butt fusion equipment.
- Proven track record of sales success in the Thai or Asian market.
- Language Skills:
- Excellent Thai language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Sales and Marketing Skills:
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Network:
- Established relationships with customers in the fusion equipment industry is a plus.
