Fusion Equipment Asia Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our customers, distributors, and internal staff on Electrofusion and Butt fusion equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive infield experience and a deep understanding of fusion techniques, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the fusion equipment industry, preferably with experience in Electrofusion and Butt fusion techniques. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customers, distributors, and internal staff, ensuring they can effectively operate and maintain our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers, distributors, and internal staff on Electrofusion and Butt fusion equipment.
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support training programs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, distributors, and internal staff on Electrofusion and Butt fusion equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure effective equipment operation.
- Training Delivery:
- Deliver training programs on-site, at customer locations, or in-house, using a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on training, and demonstrations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Support:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs to support sales efforts.
- Knowledge Management:
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and equipment advancements, ensuring training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the sales and technical teams to enhance overall product knowledge and support.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of infield experience in the fusion equipment industry, preferably with a focus on Electrofusion and Butt fusion techniques.
- Proven track record of technical expertise and training delivery in the fusion equipment industry.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Electrofusion and Butt fusion techniques, including equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Language Skills:
- English language skills are a benefit, but not required.
- Training and Presentation Skills:
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, using a variety of training methods.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Education:
- No formal education requirements, as we place greater emphasis on infield experience and technical expertise.
