The M1 Series Manual Butt Fusion Welding Machines are engineered for reliable welding of PE, PP, and HDPE pipes, delivering durability, accuracy, and performance in demanding environments. Built on a robust frame, the machine features a high-power milling cutter, precision heating plate, and stable support system to ensure consistent weld quality.
Designed to operate in extreme conditions, the M1 series performs reliably in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +40°C. The Teflon-coated heating plate reaches temperatures up to 270°C and is equipped with an independent temperature control system for precise heat regulation.
Fitted with a powerful motor and mirror cutter disc provide smooth milling, excellent concentricity, and dependable performance, making the M1 series ideal for challenging and complex working conditions.
